Fixed 8 incorrect lesson cross-references: - "Lesson 12 (Subagents)" → "Lesson 09" (4 occurrences) - "Lesson 14 (Hooks)" → "Lesson 13" (2 occurrences) - "Lesson 18" → "Lesson 17" and "Lesson 16" (business/creator refs) 3.
