Summary

Release Notes - Adds a release note for changes to WordPress (Composer Managed) upstream in pantheon-systems/wordpress-composer-managed#115

Dependencies and Timing

• [BUGS-7620] define WP_HOME wordpress-composer-managed#115 is merged and a new release is pushed to the pantheon-upstreams/wordpress-composer-managed repository.
• Date is updated to reflect date of change (filename and in the release note md file)

Release:

• When ready
• After date: $DATE

Do not remove - To be completed by the docs team upon merge:

• Redirect /old-path/ => /new-path/ (if applicable)
• Include/exclude pages ^ respectively within docs search service provider (if applicable)
• For Heroes - add a props post to the discussion board.
• Remove from the project board
