Fixed tests. Added workaround on bug in netcdf4 prior to 4.6.1
For netcdf3 type and netcdf4 before 4.7 do not try to work with fillvalue. Instead of check existing value for some variable properties just check if this property present Add -std=c++14 for macOS Remove testing with node 8.x on ubuntu-22.04
