RawPrintServer with timestamp loging

Original RawPrintServer with some modifications.

It may still not work. I had huge problems with original version in Windows accounts that have lower privileges than admin.
Log file will be stored in file location (not in c:\printserver.log).
You will still need to open port 9100 or other that you have chosen.
However there is no guarantee that registry key will be added properly or that RPS will work on your computer.

This is not official version yet.

I will make tests in some free time some day in distant future...
