  • add pgengamma function modified from flexsurv to use the mean (and uses plnorm as is done in qres_lognormal for Q = 0)
  • add qres_gengamma
  • residuals.sdmTMB now works for gengamma (test-3-families.R)
  • add test for gengamma rqr
