Simple fix

Fixed issue in Manifest.json pointing to wrong / non-existent repository and issues pages.

Fix it

This fixes an issue with VacuumDevice vs VacuumEntity that was missed.
Shows I need to set up a dev HA to try this stuff out before pushing code out.

Small steps

This is mainly cleanup of the other code and adding some additional files to the repository. Making it better suited for HA/HACS.

I'm trying to consolidate everything that other repos have put together into a single package.
This one has been put together to work with HACS and HA.
