Issue #210 : missing section
Description
The issue stated that there was a missing section in chapter 5. However after a careful review I realized that there is no missing section in this chapter. The only minor issue that i was able to catch was that table 5..5.1 was missing a title which I fixed right away.

How Has This Been Tested?
I rebuilt the book, cpp4py-v2, to makes sure it reflects the new changes.
