Added full botanical country names to sem_input_data.RDS file. Some minor R-package version fixes (reshape2::melt())

Minor adjusts in figures, more readable variable names. Maps are now in Behrmann projection with a neat axis transformer for the respective scatterplots to match latitudinal coordinates.
