Some general cleanup and stuff that I wanted to do:

  • Changed network manager to use one instance of a network manager in MainActivity
  • Moved from Picasso to Glide for the HomeAdapter for faster image requests and more aggressive caching
  • Cleaned up code/removed warnings and made some minor UI fixes.

Before merging, could @trinif test the dining analytics to make sure that it didn't break?
