- created a new function time_diff_between() with start & end variables as arguments for getting the time diffrence.
- renamed time_diff to time_diff_now()
- added support for time_diff_between() & time_diff_now() to take arguments as timestamp (integer) & datetime (string)
- added persian & arabic digits support to TimeDiff result
