Peppol initialization

So that your SMP is visible and reachable in the Peppol network it must be registered once on the central SML. The functionality to register an SMP to the SML is part of phoss SMP software. Deprecated: Alternatively (only if you are not running phoss SMP) you can use the tool I setup for this on Peppol practical: http://peppol.helger.com/public/menuitem-tools-smp-sml

This is a one-time operation and you need to update the entry only if the DNS name of the SMP changes or if the SMP goes out of service.

Afterwards you must ensure that the SML connection in the SMP service is active. See Configuration on how to do this.
