Docker tutorial that is installed on Win10 Home by Hyper-V rather than toolbox
Make sure CPU virtualization fucntion of BIOS on your Laptop is enable.
And refer Task Manager:
Download hyper-v.bat from the project.
And exec the bat file under administration privelge.
Modify registry key value by regedit
Change in \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion :
EditionID: Core --> Professional
ProductName: Windows 10 Home --> Windows 10 Pro
Make sure that Hyper-V is enable by Control Panel on Win 10
Excute containers.bat on console by Administrator privelge.

Download the lastest version of Windows-installer from Docker website:
And install "Docker for Windows Installer.exe"
Make sure Docker successful installation.
docker --version
docker-compose --version
Setup "Shared Drives"

The wsl --install simplified install command requires that you join the Windows Insiders Program and install a preview build of Windows 10 (OS build 20262 or higher), but eliminates the need to follow the manual install steps. All you need to do is open a command window with administrator privileges and run wsl --install, after a restart you will be ready to use WSL.
dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux /all /norestart
For x64 systems: Version 1903 or higher, with Build 18362 or higher.
For ARM64 systems: Version 2004 or higher, with Build 19041 or higher.
Builds lower than 18362 do not support WSL 2. Use the Windows Update Assistant to update your version of Windows.
To check your version and build number, select Windows logo key + R, type winver, select OK. Update to the latest Windows version in the Settings menu.

wsl --set-default-version 2
Open the Microsoft Store and select your favorite Linux distribution.
You will then need to create a user account and password for your new Linux distribution.
wsl --list --verbose
wsl --set-version <distribution name> <versionNumber>
Additionally, if you want to make WSL 2 your default architecture you can do so with this command:
wsl --set-default-version 2

We have now released a version of Docker Desktop Edge that allows users of Windows Insider Preview (Win Home 19018 or higher) to use Docker Desktop with WSL 2. If you are trying this out and have issues feel free to drop issues on the for-win Github Repo!

Unfortunately answers above didn't help in my case, but restarting Docker did.
o ASUS VivoBook S14, Core-i3 8th, RAM:4GB。
o Win 10 Home Version1803(OS Build 17134.590) 。
o Docker Desktop 2.0.0.3
