How can I reset the password, because I forgot it?

There is a simple solution. You have to go into your phobox directory on the phobox machine. There is a file called phobox.yaml. If you see the file open it up with a texteditor and delete the line with loginCredentials. At least you have to restart phobox and the password access is disabled.

In the phobox settings you can easily set up a new password.
