TiKV: add missing TiKV panel metrics

Add a new Raft Log section and a comprehensive “Other panels” supplement listing many TiKV metrics (Duration, Errors, Server, gRPC, Storage, Raft IO/Propose/Message/Admin/Log/Engine, RocksDB, Titan, GC, Scheduler, Coprocessor, Unified Read Pool, Backup/Import, Snapshot, PD, Memory, Resource Control, etc.). Also fix the document front-matter marker (---- → ---). Some entries include duplicates or trailing-space variants to match existing Dashboard panel names.
