A Python notebook that searches the DrugBank.com database for medications to treat cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and maps them to a given list of proteins. The data is written to a .csv file for organization.
The "query" key under the in code block 6 requires the user to copy the results from the above code and paste it as the value pair.
The given file path destinations must change as per the user.
