Actually not universal because this converter can't convert from/to Unary system
How to compile on linux(Getting Started from VS)
If you want enter words Ex. 1f4b in Hexadecimal(16) system, and convert to Vigesimal(20) system
You need enter: 1,15,4,11
And you got answer : 1,0,0,11
