BUG: Misplaced fracture in 2d benchmark, case 3.

Proposed changes

The fracture number 3 (sd.id = 2) was implemented with the wrong coordinates. This PR fixes this bug.

Note: I did not re-run the benchmarks, so I'm not sure if the tests will pass.
