Apalis-iMX8_Reference-Multimedia-Image with VC MIPI driver v0.5.1

This is a ready to use TEZI image for driver version 0.5.1.
The VC MIPI driver is included but has to be activated by adding the device tree overlay file. Refer to the installation instructions in README.md
