Updated format to new

When testing
myst buildworked with an error in the author section inpaper.md, resolving the error resulted in the github action not being able to generate the PDF.Still unsure how to satisfy both compatibility with
mystand github action without having errors.This version generates a PDF but returns some error message in
myst.
