Add 4 clear setup paths (Cloud Dashboard, Cloud CLI, Self-hosted Docker, Self-hosted CLI+Docker) to SKILL.md and AGENTS.md
Fix undocumented pitfalls: replication.connections nesting, config: edition: 3 requirement, pull instance overwrite behavior
Add explicit prompts for agents to collect user info (project ID, instance ID, DB credentials) before running CLI commands
Add PowerSync account/project creation as prerequisite step for Cloud paths
