- Tightens onboarding: CLI as default, ask for backend (not only Supabase), custom-backend path, Supabase cloud vs local.
- Adds readiness gates: sync config, deploy before app code, persist creds in .env.
- Updates Supabase web onboarding and React SDK reference; CONTRIBUTING matches skill layout.
- Isolated footguns to their respective files instead of keeping it all in agents context
- Removed other general Supabase bias
