Conda-smithy expects the maintainers under
meta.meta["extra"]["recipe-maintainers"].However, we had them under `meta.meta["recipe"]["extra"]["recipe-maintainers"].
I am not sure, but maybe we should just move the whole recipe under the
metakey?
