What are you trying to accomplish?

This upgrades all of our dependencies to their latest versions. Closes #2585, #2584, #2583, #2582, #2580, #2568, #2577, #2576, #2575, #2572, #2570, #2569.

What approach did you choose and why?

Rather than having to deal with merging all of those, I figured we could just do it in one hit and avoid endless CI churn.

What should reviewers focus on?

Can these changes ship as is?
