List of changes proposed in this PR:

  • Added Health and Wellness app recommendations which include menstrual trackers, fitness trackers, and health record apps
  • Added image assets
  • Recommended the following apps: drip., Euki, Apple Health, Gadgetbridge, Apple Health Records, and Commonhealth

Closes #1562

### Minimum Requirements

- Must support automatic updates.
- Must not store personal data outside of the device.

Apple Health can store your data in iCloud however it’s always fully E2EE. I think it technically would be disqualified here though. Maybe could reword this to be “Must not store unencrypted personal data outside of the device”
