DCE questions for IU

• What do you want to call the groups of references? Lists? Reference Lists? Research Lists? Folders? We should agree on a term and use it to name the model, controller, view, links in the UI, tickets, etc.
  We will use "folders".
• The spec calls for public lists and private lists, but I can think of at least three options for list privacy. A list could be searchable by user name (show me all of Jane Doe's lists) and/or by title (show me all lists called something like American History). A list could be non-searchable but shareable via a URL. Or a list could be hidden from all users except the owner. Which definition fits "public" and which "private" in this system?
  Public lists are visible to everyone, authenticated or not. Private lists are only visible to the owner.
• A catalog record can be included in multiple folders for the same user. We we would like to confirm that the same item cannot occur more than once in the same list. (This prevents a user from clicking on add-to-list multiple times and unintentionally ending up with multiple references to the same document).
  Confirmed. An item can only be included in a folder once.
