@Marchhill is internal Nethermind champion on BAL's and FOCIL, so at least till Glamsterdam we are sure his involvement in protocol development full time.

Hi,
I am currently working full time on Ethereum L1, recently focused on features including block access lists, FOCIL, and history expiry. As I am working full time on L1, I think that a full membership weight better reflects this.
In future if my situation changes, I will follow the self-curation guidelines and adjust my weight accordingly.
