Update Hytale egg

Updates the Hytale egg to support the new changes from this PR -> pterodactyl/yolks#69

This also adds support for changing the maximum render distance and Hytale's new backup functionality, which backs up the universe folder periodically.
HYTALE_MAX_VIEW_RADIUS, HYTALE_BACKUPS and it's subvariable BACKUP_FREQUENCY are the new additions, next to the QEMU support to support arm.
