Added a test class TestFitPatternDetectorOrientation

This class in tests/test_signals/test_ebsd_master_pattern.py
helps to test the fit between an EBSD pattern generated
from a master pattern and an associated
GeometricalKikuchiPatternSimulation for different
detector orientations.
