NuMoprh is a set of image analysis tools for light-sheet microscopy images of tissue cleared samples.
The toolkit was originally developed by Krupa, O. et al.
The main processes of the NuMorph-toolkit:
- intensity correction
- channel alignment
- iterative stitching
- resampling and ARA registration
- cell nuclei quantification
are packaged and used in the nf-core/lsmquant pipeline for light-sheet image processing.
The toolbox was originally developed by Oleh Krupa:
