NuMorph toolkit

Description

NuMoprh is a set of image analysis tools for light-sheet microscopy images of tissue cleared samples.

The toolkit was originally developed by Krupa, O. et al.

Current development

The main processes of the NuMorph-toolkit:

  • intensity correction
  • channel alignment
  • iterative stitching
  • resampling and ARA registration
  • cell nuclei quantification

are packaged and used in the nf-core/lsmquant pipeline for light-sheet image processing.

The toolbox was originally developed by Oleh Krupa:
