Ducky one2mini ansi tsangan layout

Added ANSI Tsangan Layout and updated keyboard.json file for Ducky One2 Mini.

Description

This PR adds a new ANSI Tsangan layout for the Ducky One2 Mini in QMK Firmware.

The changes include:

• Added a new keymap folder: keyboards/ducky/one2mini/keymaps/ansi_tsangan
• Updated keyboard.json to reflect the ANSI Tsangan layout.

ANSI Tsangan layout:

• Full 2u Backspace
• 7u support instead of default 6.25u
• 1.75u Right Shift with 1u Fn key beside it
