Add fastrpc_test to pre-merge-basic test suite to validate FastRPC functionality for CDSP (Compute DSP) communication. Exclude this test for rb1-core-kit device which lacks CDSP hardware support, preventing test failures on incompatible hardware. Signed-off-by: Anil Yadav <anilyada@qti.qualcomm.com>
