Nothing wrong with the changes, but why do we need them? I know it is a bad practice, but we see other teams often copying over the workflows from meta-qcom in other layers which are also owned by qualcomm-linux, so this could cause unexpected issues for them (which is ok as this is a bad thing to do anyway). |

The idea behind this change would be solely to reduce the differences when a new synchronization is performed with meta-qcom-distro. But it's a minor thing, and we can live well without this change. |
It is fine to have it, just please update your commit message saying that it is needed to facilitate reusing in other qualcomm-linux repos then. |
