- Updated repository SPDX license identifiers from BSD-3-Clause-Clear to BSD-3-Clause per legal request.

- Replaced SPDX-License-Identifier: BSD-3-Clause-Clear with SPDX-License-Identifier: BSD-3-Clause across applicable files.
- Updated any remaining documentation references to match the new SPDX identifier (where present).

- Align repository licensing headers with legal guidance.

- No functional/runtime changes, header-only modification.
