Summary This PR updates the stale-issues workflow with OSSOps‑recommended settings. These changes improve stale issue/PR management, ensure team visibility, and align the repository with standard automation practices. Feel free to adjust any of the settings as needed. Changes included: Updated to actions/stale@v10 (current major release). Set 30 days as the default for marking issues/PRs as stale. Added team mention so the appropriate team is notified when an item becomes stale. Ensured issues/PRs are not automatically closed (days-before-close: -1). Enabled automatic removal of the stale label when an item becomes active again. Preserved existing exemptions (bug, enhancement labels). Notes: These updates follow guidance from OSSOps.
