Install libbsd-dev:arm64 to provide BSD string functions (strlcpy, strlcat) required for non-Android Linux GNU builds. Standard glibc lacks these functions which are needed for safe string operations in the fastrpc project. Signed-off-by: Vinayak Katoch <vkatoch@qti.qualcomm.com>
