0.9.0: Update for patch 4.5
Cactbot updated to work with 4.5. I haven't done extensive testing, so please please file github issues if anything is broken.

BELATEDLY EDITING IN THIS NOTE: the default config for dps updates has changed from once every 3 seconds to 0 seconds to help with performance and dropped logs. (It should be zero for non-dps overlays.) If you use cactbot for a dps overlay, then it needs to be non-zero or dps will not update.
