Expands modules/home/home-manager.nix with extensive program/service imports and enables home-manager.minimal = true for user qweered.

• Home configuration (modules/home/home-manager.nix):
  • Add extensive imports for tools and services:
    • VCS/diff: git, jujutsu, difftastic, patdiff, delta, diff-highlight, diff-so-fancy.
    • Shell/dev: fish, direnv, nh, gh, uv, bun, starship, zoxide, fastfetch.
    • Editors/terminal: neovim, vim, emacs, vscode, opencode, ghostty.
    • System/services: hyprland, nix-index, command-not-found, nix-gc, mpd, playerctld.
    • Utilities/media/docs: bat, rofi, yazi, mpv, tealdeer + tldr-update, ssh, gpg + gpg-agent, man.
• User configuration (modules/users/qweered.nix):
  • Enable home-manager.minimal = true and keep HM integration for user qweered.
