My name is Rich — Senior Developer in the AI Justice Unit ⚖️ (UK Ministry of Justice).

I build production AI systems: Python fastapi services, data pipelines, APIs, and LLM-powered tools with solid evaluation + observability. I’m especially interested in applying NLP, geospatial methods, and hypothesis testing — including transport modelling and policy priority inference.

🔭 Current interests: Transcription, summarisation, agentic workflows, retrieval & evals.
