dbGaP Reporter

dbGaP Reporter analyzes data access requests for studies in the database of Genotypes and Phenotypes dbGaP. In addition, it queries Europe PMC for publications and preprints that cite or mention dbGaP accession numbers.

The number and type of requests for datasets is a measure of impact of data sharing.
