After merging my latest changes, this does not apply cleanly anymore. Can you rebase please? And: I'm sorry I can not test Windows code. Someone else will have to. I'd like to have at least one review from someone who can actually test this. |

libcgi now compiles using MSVC, and works properly when built as static library.
Also eliminated lots of warnings.
Still needs more work to function properly as DLL, as stdout in DLL needs to be redirected.
