Implemented a drop-in replacement for
fastq_to_uBAM.pythat uses Mr.FIFO. In my benchmarks it is ~10x faster than what we have inmaster!I originally branched off of
drop-dropseq, but here I ported it to thefast-cmdlinebranch. Please give it some real world testing.
