- Fixed Debian/Ubuntu breaking due to '//' being used for comments in the sysconfig file.
- Move from a file to a template and renamed the rhel template to make it more obvious
- Created a basic kitchen test for Ubuntu/Debian/Centos.
- Ensures bind is enabled, running and listening on ports 53 and 953
- Set default action for the bind9 service definition to :enable
- Fixed typo of 'channels'
