Support Bundle Kit v0.0.4 release

Skip unreachable node during collecting NodeBundles

We currently skip nodes with unavailable network and not ready kubelet.
Nodes tainted with `node.kubernetes.io/unschedulable:NoSchedule` are tolerated.
