I can merge this; but the built installers wouldn't be wired up and signed correctly by Rapid7 with this pull request alone - they'd only be available as unsigned build artifacts on Github

What needs to be done to get them to be signed correctly? Some code that needs to be added in this repo or in the metasploit-framework repo? Been waiting for a long time for this, docker and running under Rosetta is very inconvenient and slow. @adfoster-r7

For unofficial builds - you should be able to download the build assets here: https://github.com/rapid7/metasploit-omnibus/actions/runs/10530694515/usage?pr=199

Or you can fork and trigger the build yourself via github actions as well

For officially signed builds we'd need to set that up internally and not rely on Github actions

Thank you for this! I checked and everything seems to be running fine but running msfupdate overwrites with intel metasploit-framework. Whats the timeline to get the officially signed builds uploaded on osx.metasploit.com? Shouldn't be much of an issue since github actions is working fine. Kindly merge this pr as well. @adfoster-r7

Any update on this? Has anything been started yet internally to start publishing builds? @adfoster-r7 @cgranleese-r7

We're moving some infrastructure pieces behind the scenes to make this possible, but it's not being prioritized as the demand for ARM specific installers isn't as high as some of the other work that's being prioritized

Might have an update for the above in a month or so 🤞
