Rasa is a framework for developing AI powered, industrial grade chatbots. It's incredibly powerful, and is used by developers worldwide to create chatbots and contextual assistants.
This chatbot tells the time zone of a particular city as requested by the user.
Note: The cities have been provided by means of a Python Dictionary; the same can be integrated with a database.
