For RPCs leveraging steaming,
errorblock is auto generated by swagger. Currently since we are not mapping thebuf.build/googleapis/googleapisdependency, swagger file is failing to generate with errorUnknown reference: #/definitions/google.rpc.Status:337:27This PR adds
buf.build/googleapis/googleapisas a dependency to fix this
