  • Ability to specify where you want the drop-down to appear, instead of having it always replace the header content
  • Ability to have "useless" filter values faded out or otherwise (un)highlighted, when there are multiple drop-downs in one table.

class to be applied to options that are disqualified by other selected
filters. This help prevent spinning wheels with selecting mutually exclusive
filters, BUT it adds some (noticeable) performance overhead on every filter
selection.
