Beta support for Processing 3.

Processing 3 breaks some key assumptions made in the design of Hermes. Specifically, touch and mouse event handling now has extra latency / overhead that could potentially degrade sketch performance.

Processing2 release

This is the official version of Hermes meant to run with Processing 2, the way it was originally designed.
