Best Practices using ROS

Supporting code for the Best Practices using ROS tutorial.

ATTENTION: this repository is NOT following the Best Practices conventions. The ROS packages intentionally contain some errors, that have to be fixed to build and execute the code.

This code is part of the ROS-I Training by re.je.
