IMPORTANT: FF13Fix now uses d3d9.dll. Delete dinput8.dll when updating from previous versions!
If you are using dxvk, rename the dxvk DLL to dxvk.dll and keep FF13Fix as d3d9.dll

  • Fixed misaligned screen effects (proper fix for the 1440p resolution)
  • Added experimental option DiscardUIVertexBuffer
    • Enabling it will improve performance. Please report any issues found with it enabled.

Note that this is an experiemental release. If there are any graphical issues, please try FF13Fix 1.4.4 and compare the results

  • I strongly recommend updating to this version
  • Changed the way the patching works to not rely on the window "DIEmWin" anymore.
    • Hopefully fixes any regression from the 1.3.x releases
